Our traditional Scottish fudge (It's called Tablet, also) that we developed originally for sale at The Pure Pasty Co. in Vienna VA, has become a favorite among Brits & Americans alike. Its dark, dense, rich & grainy texture has a distinct flake & density that define traditional Tablet. Similar to maple sugar candy but with a deeper, richer taste. Not to be confused with American Fudge, this fudge is NOT soft & creamy.
