The heat finally broke! We are now able to ship our sweets. Due to supply chain issues & tariffs causing our ingredients to escalate in price, we will sadly be closing at the end of 2025. I first fell in love with granola as a teenager in the 70's. It was love at first bite of Lassen Granola. Ever since that company went out of business, I've been trying to find a brand that was as good, or nearly. Never found it. I fiddled with this recipe when I found it a decade or so ago. With my revisions, I believe you will find it one of the best things you ever put in your mouth. Warm spices, maple syrup, crunchy nuts & tart cherries add up to the best granola I ever ate. Yes, better than Lassen! Feedback from our 2021 Holiday Sampler Gift box prodded me to add it to the menu. It's a half pound of love.
